Our refund & returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- We delivery products all over Dhaka City within 48 hours & Outside Dhaka Within 72 Hours after confirmation of order.
- In side Dhaka delivery charge 60 tk
- Out of Dhaka city delivery charge 100tk
- Outside of Dhaka delivery charge will be 150 tk
- Order after 6 PM will be considered as an order of next business day.
- Our business days exclude government holidays /public holidays.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in cardboard boxes with your invoice wrapped with along with it. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.
However, the delivery might be delayed based on the political, environmental, transportation or any other unavoidable issues which will be notified by our customer relationship team.
Returns & Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, please return it to Wealzin and we’ll arrange for a replacement provided that meets the following conditions:
- If any defect is found (damaged/ defective/ wrong product) after opening the box, inform the “Customer Relationship Management Department” (through inbox or hotline +8801755999276) as soon as possible along with a picture/ video proof.
- The “Customer Relationship Management Department” upon consultation with the management will change/ replace the product or adjust the payment. The complaint will be valid for 3 days from the day the product has been received.
- Used/ Swatched or liquid/ semi-liquid product will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- The Return Policy will not be valid after the seal is broken or if the product does not suit you.
- If you mistakenly order a wrong product, we may exchange it upon payment of returning and resending costs. However, arrangement of this special exchange depends on the product type and risk involved in the exchange process and also on Management discretion.
- Original Invoice, Wealzin Box, Product Packaging Box (where applicable) must be returned along with the product.
- For Lingerie Items, please consult with our Female Consultants for sizes/ measurements. However, if you purchase without consultation and face any sort of issue, please contact our hotline +88001755944277 for support. We will be happy to assist you.
How to send your product back to us? How much will it cost you?
- Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge (*Conditions applied). If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Sundarban Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier charge.
- If we find your claim is not valid regarding the product, then you have to accept the same Product and have to bear the return and resending expenses.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
